I believe that having a balance is the most important aspect of fitness success. We live in a world of
ever-changing fads and crazes, even in the fitness industry. I have had the pleasure of being involved with many aspects of fitness, from Collegiate football workouts, to years of functional core and agility training, to training with professional bodybuilders, yoga classes, Pilates, spin, etc. While the core philosophies behind each of these different fitness practices has its benefits, they can by themselves be limiting and some even hindering to our bodies' well-being. I am passionate about and believe that our body needs variation and balance to reach our fitness goals and truly enhance our way of life. I invite you to be reformed and look forward to having the opportunity to personally help you reach your fitness goals.

SARAH HOLDER:
AFFAA Certified Personal Trainer, CPR, GRAVITYPersonalTraining, GRAVITYGroup, GRAVITYPilates, BA in Human Development

Over the past 9 years I have had the opportunity to change the quality of life of so many of my clients. I can honestly say that nothing brings me greater reward. I have taken clients from hardly being able to walk up a flight of stairs to running and finishing the Las Vegas Marathon. I am passionate about helping my clients lose weight, developing a more toned figure, and encouraging them towards a better quality of life. We all want to stay young, feel young, and look young. I believe that with proper training, nutritional coaching and dedication anyone can reach their fitness goals. I have been training my clients on the Gravity Training System for 4 years and have seen their body fat decrease drastically. The increase in their muscle tone, core strength, and flexibility has also been amazing. I would sincerely love the opportunity to re:form your body.

"When I first met Sarah, I wasn’t sure if she was the right trainer for me.  What could she possibly know about the struggles of an overweight 40 year old?  In our first meeting she said three things to me that convinced me otherwise.  She said this was her life’s passion, that she had helped many people lose more than 50 pounds and that she, herself had to workout and watch what she ate. So we started working out several times a week and every week the scale would go down and the muscles grew.  It was amazing to see my body change.  She was always very positive, even when I would get discouraged, but she never let me forgot how far I had come and the strides we had made.  No two workouts were ever the same, which kept it interesting and challenging.  Actually, very challenging!  Just when I thought I couldn’t push myself any harder or lift any more weight she would prove me wrong.  Good thing, too, I have lost 40 pounds, close to 30 inches and no longer take high blood pressure medication.  I still have a few pounds to go and I know we will get there, probably not as fast as I would like, but fast enough.  The one thing Sarah always reminds me is not to get hung up on the number on the scale or a specific size.  She has taught me it is about being healthy, happy and enjoying life.

If you are ready to make the commitment to yourself and your health, Sarah will get you to your goal and beyond.  Her passion and commitment to her clients will take you farther than you ever thought you could go."
