Semi-Private training provides the opportunity for hands on attention where you will be challenged at your appropriate fitness level while offering the same benefits one receives from spending hours in the gym. Space is limited to 9 clients per session. GRAVITY GROUP STRENGTH: A series of High intensity muscular endurance exercises that are designed to provide time-efficient, effective, full body workouts. GRAVITY ENDURANCE: Endurance based programming designed to make you sweat. A series of high intensity GRAVITY core and leg exercises combined with Cycling. GRAVITY PILATES: A blend of traditional Pilates reformer and mat exercises with a revolutionary repertoire, designed to fit all levels of participant fitness. GRAVITY CIRCUS: The GRAVITYCircus will take you through exercises on the GTS, Plyo-rebounder, and the Spin bike. It is a 45 minute fast-paced workout where you will be switching from station to station until you have completed the "Circus". YOGA FUSION: A new and eclectic form of modern yoga with a fusion of Ashtanga yoga, Vinyasa Flow yoga, power yoga, Iyengar yoga and Hatha yoga all accompanied by an exciting and entrancing mix of contemporary music. |
Before I started training with Chris my doctor said that my blood pressure was very high and that I might have to start taking medication if it doesn’t get better. After 4 months of training I went in for a physical and the doctor was amazed. He took one look at me when he walked through the office door and said, “wow, you have completely re-shaped your body”. Proceeding that we were both thrilled to find out that my blood pressure had dropped to a completely normal level and that I was healthier than ever. Chris has changed my outlook on what it means to live a more fulfilled-healthy lifestyle. He has also taught me the importance of proper form and variation in my workouts in order to get the results I want from my body.
