Our semi-private training sessions are designed to challenge every level of fitness from the college athlete to someone who has never worked out a day in their life. Each session offers a different challenge than the last, programmed with constantly changing movement patterns and repetitions to keep your body guessing. The beauty of semi-private training is that it allows you to push yourself in a small group setting alongside other like minded people trying to reach their goals and obtain a greater level of fitness and functionality. You will find yourself pushing your levels beyond what you ever thought was possible! Each session is 45 minutes to an hour in length. Sessions are kept small so that we can assure that you are safe, challenged, and getting the most out of your workout! No more going to the gym for hours wasting time trying to figure out what to do. In under an hour our instructors will lead you through the workout step by step and assure that you leave nothing behind. The lights are low : the music is up : the workout is all about you!
Training sessions range from 45 to 60 minutes in length. Semi-Private training provides the opportunity for hands on attention where you will be challenged at your appropriate fitness level while offering the same benefits one receives from spending hours in the gym. Space is limited to 9 clients per session.
Our semi-private training sessions are programmed using a variety of fitness tools to challenge your body in a functional environment centered around the GRAVITY Training System. Different sessions types may incorporate m3 spin bikes, TRX suspension training, medicine balls, bosu balls, kettle bells, plyometric rebounders, etc…..
